These materials are provided by GASTI as a service to its customers for informational purposes only. Single copies may be downloaded subject to the provisions below. GASTI respects the Site users’ privacy and has detailed in the following paragraphs the nature of the data collected on the Site during users’ visits and the use made of this data.

GASTI has adopted the principle of not collecting or asking for any personal data on the Site, i.e. the user’s first and last names, mailing or e-mail address.

However, to obtain information about GASTI, receive a brochure, or add your name to our mailing list, answer a survey, or apply for a position online, the user must provide certain personal data (for example, first and last names, mailing address, telephone number or e-mail address).

All disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of the present terms and conditions shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Quebec courts applying Quebec law.
